The Customer Experience team is known for its adaptability and flexibility, working collaboratively and independently on a range of customer projects that align with our business strategy goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGIES AND INITIATIVES THAT ENHANCE OUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE DELIVERY JOURNEYS.
  • STRUCTURE AMBIGUITY BY DESIGNING NEW PROPOSITIONS, VISUALISING CUSTOMER JOURNEYS, AND CONTRIBUTING TO PERSONAS AND INSIGHT-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING.
  • REPRESENT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM IN BANK-WIDE INITIATIVES AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS WHILE WORKING ON IDEAS, DESIGNS, AND INITIATIVES THAT TRANSFORM THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in CX / Service Design/ Proposition design or Customer Strategy in B2C businesses
  • Project or change management experience
  • Solid knowledge or experience in customer research or strategic customer projects
