About the Role

The SA Health organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of high-quality psychological services to women experiencing perinatal mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a dedicated team of professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative treatment programs to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
  • Work closely with women and their families to provide compassionate and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Hold an appropriate Degree (Master's Degree in Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognized by the PsyBA.
  • Hold general registration with PsyBA and be endorsed in an Area of Practice consistent with the requirements of the role.
  • Hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary).
  • Education, training, and/or skills in perinatal and infant mental health are highly desirable.
