As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of high-quality psychological services to women experiencing perinatal mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Develop and implement innovative treatment programs to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the mental health outcomes of women and their families.
- Hold an appropriate Degree (Master's Degree in Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognized by the PsyBA.
- Hold general registration with PsyBA and be endorsed in an Area of Practice consistent with the requirements of the role.
- Hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary).
- Education, training, and/or skills in perinatal and infant mental health are highly desirable.
