- Provide clinical support and direction to Registered, Enrolled, Graduate, Novice, and Student Nurses.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, be appropriately qualified, experienced, and a motivated health professional who can impart knowledge and expertise to ensure safe, high-quality clinical care that meets relevant standards.
- Ensure a culture of clinical excellence, contemporary practice, and professional development within the clinical specialty.
- Demonstrated recent acute clinical experience in Medical and Surgical nursing.
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
- Be a lead champion in one of the 8 NSQHS standards.
- AHPRA Registration.
- The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years acute nursing experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
