Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Out Planning: Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly outbound goods processes, ensuring all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time with accurate allocation and efficient pick flow.
  • Goods Incoming/Planning: Coordinate incoming shipments, managing space utilization within the warehouse, and communicate effectively with Freight Forwarders (FFs) to ensure timely and consolidated shipments.
  • Shipment Quoting and Consolidation: Provide quotes for new shipments and plan consolidation through our network of Freight Forwarders, optimizing shipment costs and schedules through effective planning and coordination.
  • WMS and CRM Integration: Manage the connection between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring synchronization of B2B operations and stock inventory.
  • Courier Services Management: Act as the main point of contact for all courier services, managing and resolving issues related to deliveries and collections, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Consumable and Packaging Supplies: Oversee and maintain the supply of all packaging and consumable goods required for the Warehouse.
  • Liaison Between Office and Warehouse: Act as the primary point of contact between office and warehouse teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to align operational activities with business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of all warehouse and operational processes, implementing strategies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and CRM systems, with experience in system integration.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively between office and warehouse teams, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in managing shipment documentation and understanding of HS codes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse space optimization.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
