Job Title

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Delivery Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Rockhampton. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and educating the pre-delivery team on correct workplace processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and educate the pre-delivery team on correct workplace processes and procedures such as accessory fitting, installations and changeouts.
  • Be the liaison between the service office and the floor - helping allocate, monitor and report on jobs.
  • Liaise with Sales and the Parts Department to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Inspect and sign off of jobs to ensure all work is carried out to the manufacturers' requirements.
  • Carry out pre-delivery services.
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership.
  • Truck mechanic qualification or any other mechanic qualification.
  • Experience leading a team with strong leadership skills.
  • Problem-solver, team player, excellent communicator with high level organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong customer service skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality workmanship.
  • Kenworth or DAF experience (desirable).
