Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Pre-Delivery Supervisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a truck mechanic wanting to progress into a leadership position.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in a similar role at a truck dealership, along with a qualification in truck mechanics or any other relevant field.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the pre-delivery team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise between the service office and the floor to allocate, monitor, and report on jobs.
  • Liaise with Sales and the Parts Department to deliver desired outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect and sign off on jobs to ensure that all work meets the manufacturers' requirements.
  • Carry out pre-delivery services to ensure that vehicles are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a truck dealership.
  • A qualification in truck mechanics or any other relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
