Pre-Delivery Supervisor Role

The Pre-Delivery Department is a vital part of our business, and we are seeking an experienced leader to supervise the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and educate the pre-delivery team on correct workplace processes and procedures.
  • Liaise between the service office and the floor to allocate, monitor, and report on jobs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and the Parts Department to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Inspect and sign off jobs to ensure all work meets manufacturers' requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery, or agricultural dealership.
  • Truck mechanic qualification or other relevant certification.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills.
  • Quality workmanship and knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles.
