Job Title: Pre-Delivery Supervisor

This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will oversee the pre-delivery team, execute pre-delivery services and fit-up tasks, and contribute to the seamless operation of the Pre-Delivery Department.

  • Lead and educate the pre-delivery team on standard operating procedures including accessory fitting, installations, and changeouts.
  • Facilitate communication between the service office and the floor - coordinating job allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Liaise with Sales and the Parts Department to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Inspect and sign off jobs to ensure all work meets manufacturer requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role at a dealership or relevant industry setting.
  • A truck mechanic qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate teams.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and high-level organizational skills.
