About the Role
The National Operations Manager will play a key role in the National Leadership Team to develop, deliver, and evolve OneSchool's global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of processes and policies to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across the region.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the establishment of standardized processes and platforms across facilities, WHS, uniforms, policies, events, and transport.
- Facilitate national operations meetings and attend Global Operations meetings to ensure effective governance and consultation.
- Provide regular reporting to the National Executive Committee, National Management Team, and the Global Operations Manager.
- Oversee the Facilities support team and lead the implementation and maintenance of Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Risk platforms and policies.
- Lead the national Communications function and implement and improve student transport processes regionally.
About You
- Proven experience as an Operations Leader, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong Project and Change Management experience with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence.
