Job Overview:

Precincts and Venues is a dynamic team that provides regionally significant venues that are fully accessible and inclusive to influence and inspire active experiences for Queenslanders. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic projects, performance monitoring, and reporting across Precincts and Venues. You will also be responsible for coordinating capital works programs, business development and improvement, planning, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of key strategic projects and performance monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate capital works programs, business development and improvement, planning, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Citizenship/Visa Requirements: Australian citizenship, permanent residency status, or visa permitting work in Australia
  • Licences: Current driver's licence required for travel to city, regional, and remote locations
  • Qualifications: First Aid and CPR certificate and formal qualifications in outdoor recreation (highly regarded)
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card): Valid Blue Card required for education, coaching, and support services to children and young people
