As a family-owned service welcoming children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, our mission is to provide a nurturing, play-based environment where young minds can flourish.
What makes us truly unique is our deep connection to the local community. Our educators, vendors, and families are all part of the same network, fostering a sense of unity and belonging. We believe in community-led leadership, empowering our Management Team to shape their own path. The most successful initiatives we've implemented have come directly from the passionate ideas of our on-the-ground team.
Our educational offering includes a government-approved kindergarten program and cultural inclusivity. We also offer enriching experiences like field trips and guest speakers that stimulate curiosity and lifelong learning.
At Mother Kate's, we are more than a childcare provider—we're a supportive and dynamic community that is committed to giving every child the best possible start in life.

We're after someone calm under pressure, supportive of others, and happy to jump in where needed - whether that's helping on the floor, working with educators, or pitching in on a challenging day.
This is a genuine opportunity to grow your leadership, be part of a supportive team, and help shape something special at a service that's turning a new page.
About the BenefitsCompensation is a competitive hourly rate starting from $37/hr, which includes your Educational Leader allowance and reflects approximately $2/hr above the award rate, depending on your experience and qualifications.
