Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all processes that ensure the supply of aircraft galley equipment, inflight service items, and bonded goods. You will support the Supply Chain Manager across all assigned logistics projects, collate and distribute regular reporting, and coordinate accurate completion of monthly stocktakes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Supply Chain Manager across all assigned logistics projects
  • Collating and distributing regular reporting
  • Coordinating accurate completion of monthly stocktakes
  • Completing monthly stocktake and data analysis reports
  • Conducting onsite audits to ensure stock controls and inventory management processes
  • Managing domestic and international monthly orders
  • Obtaining competitive quotes and booking best value solutions for freight consignments
  • Maintaining monthly KPI reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong work ethic
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process
  • Minimum 2 years experience within Logistics and stock control
  • Proficiency in statistics and forecasting
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
