**Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will be **responsible for the execution of the operational stock management activities for the assigned brand(s), including (but not limited to) execution of bulk purchasing, spot sourcing, swapping, stock status changes execution, OEM reporting, data integrity management between Retail and OEM systems.

**Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Manage stock enquiries from internal and external teams
- Retail flagging of sold cars
- Booking in of cars in retail system as on order
- Stock Reconciliations between Retail and OEM systems
- Vehicles stock take execution
- Preparation of weekly stock reporting
- Running delivery schedules/summaries

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a Stock Control or other similar position is essential
- Experience with ERA will be highly regarded
- Experience in retail or distribution in a competitive consumer landscape
- Knowledge of operational vehicle and retail dynamics
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience of working in at least one ERP system
- Experience in managing customers and stakeholders
- A valid drivers licence
