At the forefront of Australia's digital infrastructure, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our facilities team as a Data Centre Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that designs, builds, and operates world-class data centres.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical maintenance and customer service to support the day-to-day operations of the data centre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of cabling needs, electrical and data, to customer racks and areas
  • Attending to remote Hands Requests
  • Assisting with the maintenance of all core electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ensuring that facility problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Cleaning and manual handling

To excel in this role, you will require excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. Basic knowledge of data centres, data cabling, and cable management is essential, along with a passion for learning about telecommunications and problem-solving.
