Technical Maintenance Specialist

We are building the heart of Australia & Asia's high-tech future designing and operating world-class data centres with cutting-edge infrastructure to service local and international hyperscale customers.

In this role you will support our facility management team in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne facilities providing high-quality technical maintenance and customer service.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility rules and ensure adherence at all times.
  • Assist with customer equipment installations and deliveries.
  • Deliver cabling needs for electrical and data to customer racks and areas.
  • Attend to remote hands requests within service level agreements.
  • Assist with core electrical and mechanical systems maintenance.
  • Produce operational and customer reports.
  • Identify and resolve facility problems in a timely manner.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with fibre optic cabling.
  • Excellent customer service communication skills and can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of critical infrastructure in a data centre.
  • Good planning organising and analytical skills.
  • TAFE certificate in telecommunications.
