Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

We're looking for a skilled L2 Systems Engineer who can work in a hybrid environment.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate technical expertise supporting networking infrastructure, servers, hardware, and business applications.

  • Troubleshoot live production server environments
  • Business application troubleshooting
  • Incident resolution
  • Understanding and troubleshooting problems/incidents
  • Document incident resolutions
  • Determine root causes
  • Mentor and share best practices

You'll excel in this role if you:

  • Are skilled in technical and analytical work
  • Can quickly troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Build strong relationships via support

Requirements:

  • Managed Service Provider experience required
  • Certifications in Windows, Dell, VMware, Fortinet preferred
  • 5+ years in a core technical role
  • 8+ years in an IT department
  • Experience troubleshooting network topologies
  • Knowledge of OS and business applications
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
