
Audit Compliance Specialist

Our organisation seeks an experienced professional to support the delivery of contract performance audit programs.
The successful candidate will conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with contract management plans and Chain of Responsibility legislation, upholding quality service standards within our Waste and Recycling Branch.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years work experience in contract compliance and management, including implementing performance measurement, auditing and monitoring, as well as benchmarking.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor contract performance, contract management and administration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate and liaise effectively with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage audits in diverse environments, including both on-site and off-site locations.
