Audit is a critical function of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of loan files for credit representatives.

Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and make recommendations for process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance

- Coaching and training employees and brokers on compliance matters

- Providing regular compliance reporting and analysis

- Reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of industry regulatory guides and excellent communication skills.
