The Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage partnership onboarding at our Perth Head Office. This role involves reviewing, implementing, and maintaining business systems, ensuring compliance with quality assurance principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard or offboard requests from BDMs and brokers within established SLAs.
  • Ensure all introducer accounts meet company and legislative requirements.
  • Manage user access processes in a timely manner.
  • Act on customer/partner phone calls respectfully and professionally, or direct them to the right person/team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance/Sales Team where needed.
  • Perform relevant audit and compliance checks.

Requirements:

  • Experience with accreditation processes.
  • Deliver reports.
  • Strong administrative experience (3+ years).
  • Able to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Organized and self-managed, including effective time management.
  • Understand and meet customer needs.
  • Good computer and typing skills.
