Key Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position within Financial Institutions and Government.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive the origination and structuring of complex banking transactions.
  • Develop high-quality credit submissions and provide strategic insights that shape customer and sector strategies.
  • Collaborate across global teams, including Credit, Legal, Debt Products, and Financial Markets.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in wholesale banking with deep expertise in credit writing and risk assessment, especially in the NBFI space.
  • Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions, ideally with exposure to subscription finance and capital call facilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence in building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, including senior decision-makers.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and developing junior team members.
