Senior Pipeline Growth Manager
Job Description:
The role of Senior Pipeline Growth Manager is to drive the growth and expansion of Simpel's customer base. This involves developing and executing integrated campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads across key segments in the UK and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive MQLs and SQLs across key accounts and segments.
- Plan and execute ABM campaigns targeting decision-makers in construction and related industries.
- Build and manage nurture programs that guide prospects through the funnel.
- Continuously test, optimise, and scale high-performing tactics to improve CPL, and lead conversion rates.
Requirements:
This role requires someone hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working across platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid, owned, and earned media channels.
