Marketing and Sales Development Role:

The APAC Marketing Manager position involves driving pipeline and awareness of a leading enterprise software solution through multi-channel marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in all areas of Marketing, with a strong focus on communications, relationship building, and creating marketing plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute APAC specific marketing plans aligned to sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Channels team to ensure marketing strategy is aligned to business needs.
  • Plan, manage and execute marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
  • Evaluate, track and measure marketing performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Communicate regularly to internal stakeholders on campaign KPIs.
  • Deliver quarterly results in line with the marketing plan and pipeline goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, mainly in technology or professional services.
  • Able to handle job pressure and changes to projects or timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good experience of the Salesforce platform and related products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Salesforce and Marketo experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Global campaigns experience.
