">Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
">Job Description
">- ">
- Deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services that promote optimal health and well-being for individuals with injuries or illnesses.">
- Conduct assessments to determine the best strategies for facilitating the return to work of injured and ill workers.">
- Partner with employers to educate them on the health benefits of good work practices.">
- Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.">
- Develop job dictionaries and conduct ergonomic assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.">
- Lead interactive manual handling training and implement stretching and warm-up programs to prevent workplace injuries.">
- Conduct pre-employment assessments, including drug & alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation, or ASORC/RCAA accreditation.">
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.">
