About the Role

This rewarding career opportunity offers a unique blend of challenge and growth, with diverse responsibilities across workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention services. You will have the opportunity to work with various organisations, conducting ergonomic assessments, developing job dictionaries, performing manual task risk assessments, and leading interactive manual handling training.

Your duties will include assessing injured and ill workers, determining the best strategies for their return to work, and case managing complex injuries. You will also be responsible for providing clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Accreditation: Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation, or ASORC/RCAA accreditation
  • Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment
