We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Job Description

We require a Rehabilitation Consultant to provide expert services in Melbourne on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer care and making a difference in people's lives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments to identify Return to Work barriers
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's license
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and determination to consistently provide high-quality customer service

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
