Seeking an experienced Festival Operations Executive to oversee the operational and logistical delivery of a premier festival. The ideal candidate will manage screenings, industry events, and staff, developing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless festival experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality festival experience for talent, distributors, and attendees.
- Plan and execute operational elements on time and to high standards.
- Coordinate procurement, venue hire, technical production, and staffing logistics.
- Manage external partners and ensure smooth delivery of screenings and events.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in event operations, preferably in film festivals or live entertainment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience in large-scale event procurement and logistics.
- Effective negotiation and contracting skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in film festivals or cinema operations.
- Understanding of film screening technical requirements.
