Leading the Front of House

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to drive success in our hospitality establishment.

About the Opportunity:

  • Proactively identify and address guest needs, wants and expectations across both Restaurant and Banqueting spaces.
  • Maintain effective communication with departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support all services including Lounge Bar, in-room dining and poolside service.

About You:

  • 2 years of demonstrated supervisory experience in Banqueting and/or Restaurant operations.
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and coach staff.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
