Job Description

This pivotal role involves shaping and executing commercial and pricing strategies to drive business growth and transformational objectives. As a key member of the senior leadership group, you will collaborate with various departments to align activities with our overall goals.

  • Analyse commercial trends to inform pricing and discounting models.
  • Develop alternative pricing strategies to enhance revenue streams.
  • Lead and inspire an internal team to meet performance standards.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and finance leadership positions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to model and analyse data and financial reports.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary, estimated at $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also have access to flexible work options between home and office, as well as opportunities for professional development.

About the Role
