About the Role- We are seeking highly skilled individuals who can develop intelligent products and services that meet our users' needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Immersing themselves in vast datasets, wrangling complex data, and contributing to our shared understanding of its value.
- Applying sound scientific methods to drive product development, including hypothesis generation, experimentation, and analysis.
- Leading hypothesis-driven experimentation and delivering measurable impact through holdouts.
- Collaborating with engineers to maintain and operate end-to-end pipelines supporting data-intensive applications.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar analytics position, preferably with a background in mathematics, computer science, or a relevant technical field. Strong proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R) is also required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for peers and stakeholders alike, are a must.
