Job Summary:

The Mill Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant operation of production lines.

  • Key responsibilities include inventory reconciliation, stocktaking, and operating a raw material receival computerised system.

A successful candidate will have basic literacy and numeracy skills, knowledge of site policies and procedures, sound understanding of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation, and sound computing skills.

Additional responsibilities include unloading transport vehicles, identifying and reporting non-conformances as per process standards, and maintaining plant and equipment in a safe working condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Understanding of site HACCP Plan, safety Policies and Procedures
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
  • Sound computing skills
  • Current Forklift driver licence (desirable)
  • Cert 4 competitive systems (desirable)
