Production Planning Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be part of our team, responsible for production and material planning of multiple product lines across all sites.

This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the development and continuous improvement of our supply chain planning process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, directing, and assisting all members of the planning and production control team in day-to-day activities.
  • Mentoring and assisting staff members in their professional growth and development.
  • Preparing management/executive scorecards and reporting.
  • Leading and developing the SIOP process within business units and sites.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience working in engineering, purchasing, material or production planning, operations or supply chain management, master production scheduling; or bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in these fields; or 10+ years of experience in one or more of these areas.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • APICS Certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Ability to travel between sites in various locations.
