Project Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of complex projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead technically challenging projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage contractor interfaces, aligning with project scope and standards.
  • Oversee procurement processes, tracking cost and schedule performance.
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed works to operational teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project engineering or project management in the mining, industrial, or processing sectors.
  • Proven success delivering brownfield projects across the full lifecycle (study to commissioning and handover).
  • Familiarity with Australian engineering standards and construction practices.
  • Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong prioritisation skills.
  • Calm and composed under pressure with a drive for results.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
