Electrical and Instrumentation Planning Role

This role involves providing expert electrical and instrumentation planning services to support scheduled maintenance for a large-scale process plant. Based in Kwinana, this is an office-based position working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical or instrumentation background and experience planning work for complex process plant environments. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks, using SAP S4 Cloud (Public System) to manage work orders and task lists, coordinating labour, materials, and documentation for job execution, supporting shutdown and routine maintenance workflows, liaising with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure readiness and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement in planning efficiency and asset reliability.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.

Mid-senior level candidates with a proven track record in E&I maintenance planning are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in E&I maintenance planning, preferably in a process plant setting
  • Proficient with SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systems
  • Strong electrical or instrumentation background
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
