Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to collaborate with our partners in delivering high-profile brownfield projects. This key role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects that drive production reliability and plant efficiency.

• Lead project planning, coordination, and delivery for sustaining capital projects.
• Implement a hybrid Agile/Scrum methodology including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage contractor interfaces and ensure alignment with project scope and standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services, and track cost and schedule performance.
• Ensure smooth handovers of completed works to operational teams.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar discipline).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project engineering or project management in the mining, industrial, or processing sectors.
• Proven success delivering brownfield projects across the full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Australian engineering standards and construction practices.
• Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong prioritisation skills.
• Calm and composed under pressure with a drive for results.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
