Senior Marketing Strategist

The role of Global Marketing Campaign Manager is a critical position within the marketing team, responsible for creating and implementing global marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to plan, implement, and analyse each campaign's performance.
- Leading and supporting a team of marketers to execute marketing plans to timeline.
- Conceptualising and realising innovative brand experiences across all marketing channels.
- Project managing licensing collaborations to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Driving internal brainstorms and ideation for all brand marketing campaigns.
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in retail or children's brand environment is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to collaborate with third-party agencies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with capacity to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills.
