Job Opportunity at Montgomery Advisory

We are seeking a talented lawyer and senior associate to join our Corporate and Institutional Banking & Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with two prominent Partners to provide expert legal advice on secured and unsecured facilities, bilateral loans, club and syndicated facilities, and subordinated and mezzanine financing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience and 5 years post-admission experience, respectively, within the Corporate Finance area. You will be responsible for providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including banks, non-bank financiers, and corporate borrowers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on secured and unsecured facilities, bilateral loans, club and syndicated facilities, and subordinated and mezzanine financing.
  • Represent and advise clients on complex inter-creditor arrangements and international financing structures.
  • Work closely with Partners to develop and implement legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years post-admission experience for the lawyer role.
  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience for the senior associate role.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
