We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking and Finance Lawyer to join our team at HPX Group Pty. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for advising on complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and equity investments
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other financing documents
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance law
  • Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
