Key Responsibilities:
- Work on complex finance transactions, including structured finance, corporate finance, securitisation, derivatives, and debt capital markets.
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, fund managers, property developers, and non-bank lenders.
Requirements:
- At least 1-4 years of experience in banking and finance law from a well-respected banking and finance team or in-house environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet competing deadlines, and maintain a high level of organisational skills.
