We are seeking a talented Lawyer and Senior Lawyer to join our Corporate Finance team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Partners to provide expert legal advice on secured and unsecured facilities, bilateral loans, club and syndicated facilities, as well as subordinated and mezzanine financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on complex financial transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities, bilateral loans, and syndicated arrangements.
  • Represent and advise a diverse range of clients, including banks, non-bank financiers, and corporate borrowers.
  • Work closely with our Partners to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years post-admission experience for the Lawyer role and 5 years post-admission experience for the Senior Lawyer role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
