Job Description

Our team is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Correctional Officer. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

As a Correctional Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, as well as providing support to inmates in their rehabilitation efforts.

Key responsibilities include observing and supervising inmate activities, completing documentation and reporting duties, and maintaining accurate information.

You will also assist with intake, induction, and discharge of inmates, conduct daily headcounts, and report incidents.

Applicants must possess strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism.

Mandatory qualifications and requirements include obtaining security clearances from relevant authorities, meeting physical requirements, and passing a medical assessment.

Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid accreditation and demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and perseverance.
