Role Description
We are looking for a like minded, service-oriented insurance broker that has 4+years experience in insurance broking.
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Broker. The responsibilities include advising clients on insurance matters, managing insurance portfolios, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products and quotes, liaising with underwriters, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves advising clients, handling account management tasks, and ensuring that clients receive tailored insurance solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to manage and develop a portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-focused individual with strategic mindset to manage client relationship and improve business growth.
Work with our internal claim officer to assist claim achieve the best outcome when there is a claim.
Identify and obtain new business opportunity via nurturing customer relationship as well as networking.
Qualifications
- Insurance Brokerage and Insurance skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- minimum Tier 1 in insurance broking. will consider Tier 1 in underwriting for the right candidate.
- Ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin is a plus.
