Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic People and Culture team where your generalist HR expertise will play a crucial role in supporting employees and leadership teams across multiple sites in Queensland. As a strategic HR partner, you will be responsible for delivering tailored HR solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.

From employee relations to workforce planning and HR project delivery, this role offers genuine scope to drive positive outcomes in a mission-led environment.

  • Provide trusted HR advice across employee relations matters including performance management disciplinary processes and complex investigations.
  • Support business units through periods of change including restructures award interpretation and enterprise agreement implementation.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition advisors to support workforce planning hiring strategies and onboarding practices.
  • Contribute to salary benchmarking remuneration advice and benefits program development.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and systems improvements including HRIS optimisation.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role ideally in a medium to large multi-site organisation.

Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian HR and Industrial Relations legislation.

Experience interpreting multiple modern awards and working with various employment instruments.
