Network Team Lead

A high-performing team lead is required to manage a skilled group of network engineers, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence across multiple client environments.

This leadership role will involve hands-on management, technical strategy, and people development. You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced network professionals, delivering projects on time and to technical standards, and ensuring seamless operations across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers in project and support functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of network and security projects, meeting timelines and technical requirements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide expert guidance where needed.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, pre-sales, and project teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Oversee network operations, capacity planning, change management, and performance optimization.
  • Drive best practices, process improvements, and maintain documentation standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing or leading network engineering teams within an MSP or enterprise setting.
  • Strong technical background across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with complex network environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, project management methodologies, and service delivery frameworks.
