
Network Leadership Opportunities

Network engineers are the backbone of any IT infrastructure. They design, implement and maintain complex network environments to ensure seamless communication between devices.
As a Network Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of network engineers to achieve operational excellence across client environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends people management, project oversight and technical strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to deliver high-quality projects and services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of network and security projects, ensuring timelines and technical standards are met.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide guidance where required.
- Work closely with senior leadership, pre-sales and project teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Oversee network operations, capacity planning, change management and performance optimization.
- Drive best practices, process improvements and ensure documentation standards are upheld.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience managing or leading network engineering teams within an MSP or enterprise environment.
- Strong technical background across routing, switching, wireless and firewall technologies.
- Experience with Aruba and Fortinet highly desirable; Cisco or Juniper also considered.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with complex network environments.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, project management methodologies and service delivery frameworks.
