Children and Young People Support Coordination Specialist

The Support Worker Coordinator plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for supervising and coordinating full-time, part-time, and casual Children and Young People Support Workers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to establish effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rosters for permanent and casual workers
- Manage worker availability and verify timesheets and expense claims
- Provide coaching and mentoring for support workers, including formal or informal supervision
- Onboard and provide local induction training to new Support Workers
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Social Work or Human Services Field
- Experience working in team leadership, coordination, and management
- Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the role and industry
