About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Professional to administer our immigration and global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end processes for international assignments, including relocation and expatriate packages, visas, tax services.
  • Maintain high-volume detailed case files for foreign workers and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Analyze candidate eligibility and offer pre-assessment outlining best immigration and tax pathways.
  • Manage timelines and processes for intra-company transfers, temporary assignees, loan-outs, contractors, and business travelers.
  • Mitigate risks associated with immigration and global mobility of international hires by navigating inbound restrictions, border closures, and country-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, processes, and policies along with understanding legal requirements.
  • Navigate complex changes and updates to the global immigration landscape as they impact compliance and ability to hire foreign nationals and travel for business.
  • Strong emphasis on client-centered approach with proactive communication.
  • Proficiency with Google apps, Microsoft Office, and similar programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner.
  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility or a related field.
  • Registration with relevant authorities.
