Our company is dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions that drive growth and success. We're seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our Settlements team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing settlements, ensuring all transactions are executed in accordance with current policies and procedures. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the end-to-end settlement of loan transactions, acting as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all approval conditions are met, and documentation is validated, uploaded, and actioned within agreed timeframes
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers, Credit Analysts, Brokers, Introducers, and Suppliers to ensure seamless contract execution
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks
Requirements:
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proven work experience in settlements in an asset finance business is preferred however not essential
  • Experience working in a customer or administrative role
