We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Community Engagement Specialist. This position involves planning and executing community engagement initiatives, including sponsorships, grants programs, and major partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand presence across digital and traditional media channels. They will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our community engagement efforts and identifying areas for improvement.

About You
  • You must possess tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing and community engagement field is highly desirable.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as strategic listening and negotiating skills.
  • You should be able to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Able to create and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including staff, industry contacts, and customers.
  • Calm under pressure and good judgment in a fast-paced environment are must-haves.
