Broadcast Design Specialist

Casual broadcast design specialists are a vital part of the news graphics team, responsible for designing and producing graphic content for news and public affairs programs.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in graphic design, motion design, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of professional experience in motion design. They should be proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and have a solid understanding of design principles.

We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with the graphics team and show producers, while maintaining high levels of organization and time management skills. A passion for creativity and innovation is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

The role involves working on a rotating roster that may include day shifts, early mornings, weekends, and night shifts. The successful candidate will be required to develop high-quality motion and broadcast graphics for news and public affairs programs, as well as design and develop creative solutions that align with show visual branding and style guidelines.
